Every product recommendation on Durable Resilience is based on:
- Evidence. Is there human clinical data supporting this product or service? We prioritize products backed by peer-reviewed research.
- Third-party testing. For supplements, we favor brands that use independent third-party testing (NSF, USP, Informed Sport, or equivalent).
- Audience fit. Is this genuinely useful for men 45–65 focused on health optimization? We don’t recommend products designed for a different audience just because they pay well.
- Transparency. Does the company publish its ingredients, pricing, and clinical protocols clearly? Hidden costs or vague formulations are disqualifying.
